Prepare the right agreement

Choose the agreement for a new tenancy in England, Wales or Scotland. Rentura fills the saved names, property, rent and dates. Complete the remaining details and read the PDF before signing.

Share a link or sign together

Each named tenant gets a separate link. Share it with the named tenant, or open their link while you are with them. They read the agreement and draw their own signature using a finger or stylus.

Keep the signed copy

Once every party has signed, Rentura files the completed PDF with the original agreement and signing record. You and the named signers can download the completed copy.

Start with a reviewed agreement. Choose the named tenant and check the reply address. Review the complete invitation before sending it. The tenant opens their private link and reads the saved agreement. They confirm they have read it, draw their signature and agree to sign. The landlord signs separately. When all signatures are saved, the final PDF is ready to download.

What is included

The signing price is part of your Rentura plan. It does not rise with the number of signers on a document. Each account can retain 100 agreements and 20 templates. File storage is 1 GB on Single, 50 GB on Starter and 100 GB on Operator, plus 2 GB per extra unit above 30. These files share the account’s storage allowance. Contact support if you reach a limit.

For comparison, Arthur’s published Signable pricing lists £1.75 for one envelope, or £180 for 400 envelopes, excluding VAT. An envelope can contain multiple documents and signers. Arthur’s published charges, checked 20 October 2026.

Documents for the country where you let

The library includes Welsh occupation-contract models, Scotland’s PRT model and accompanying notes, and England’s required written information. It also organises prescribed landlord forms by their purpose. Open the document library.

Rentura includes Welsh periodic and fixed-term occupation contracts, an English assured periodic tenancy agreement, and Scotland’s private residential tenancy with its full explanatory notes. England does not require a single government agreement template. Check that the selected agreement suits the letting; existing and specialist tenancies can use your own reviewed wording.
