For landlords who run their own properties

Your portfolio has a to-do list.
Now it has one home.

A fair comparison is a useful one.

Rentura is built around daily property work and country-specific compliance. If bank feeds, direct tax filing or room-level HMO management are essential today, compare those workflows before moving.

Before you start

The practical questions.

Does Rentura collect the rent or protect deposits?

No. Rentura records payments and deposit details. Tenants pay through your existing arrangements. You register deposits with the relevant scheme and serve the required information yourself. Rentura holds no client money.

Will it write contracts or serve notices?

The current release stores your documents and tracks tenancy details. It does not generate agreements, collect electronic signatures or serve legal notices. Use appropriate documents and advice for the property.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes, through your phone's browser. The full landlord portfolio app is not available in the app stores yet.

Can I manage a repair through it?

Yes. Keep reports, photos, contractor details and progress in one record. You arrange the work and contact the contractor. Rentura does not dispatch an emergency service.

What happens if I need help?

Email hello@rentura.co.uk. We aim to reply the same working day to messages received before 4 pm London time, and the next working day otherwise.

Can I leave without losing my records?

You can export your figures and documents. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Existing records stay visible if your new plan's property limit is below your current use.
