Read the official guidance

Choose by situation as well as country. A prescribed form is required for its particular process, not for every tenancy. Read the official instructions before using it. This library covers private residential letting and identifies specialist forms; it is not a complete checklist for social housing, lodgers, holiday lets or commercial property. Rentura does not give legal advice.
